Things To Be Done in Time of Damage
You can reach to Damage Directorate from 0533 8666363 within and out of working hours. (Central: 4440055).You can also apply to LTCB Ltd. branches with necessary documents and statement for your claims. The documents and statement are sent to Damage Directorate as soon as possible and the insured and ,if any, injured parties are informed that the central will contact them at the earliest (1-2 hours).
Where necessary, the police will also be informed at the time of damage.
You can fill the damage report form out. The report form should be fully completed by giving the place, date and time of accident, whether police are present, and the scale of damage. In small damages, the damaged parts should be indicated.
